What is stocklot paper?

Stocklot paper is any paper that is not suitable for the mill to sell as a prime product. Stock lot, or B grade paper, can often have various defects that may include transition GSMs, damage to the reels, aged inventory or just left-overs from production. Stocklots work well for certain markets and industries where the paper or board is used for an alternative and often innovative use. A4 Paper World work with stocklot paper in printing, packaging and speciality grades and often provide a substitute and obscure use for them. There is an opportunity in every reel of stocklot paper and A4 Paper World is an expert in finding it.

What is the difference between virgin and recycled paper?

Virgin paper is paper that has been produced directly from wood and has not been recycled before. Recycled paper is paper that has recycled content included in it. The percentage of recycled content will vary depending on the grade of paper. This information can be found on the technical specification of the paper.
